Decent stay for the money, but services can be improved

Liked: Near the subway station is a big plus for me, and the nearby Olympia Park is a very good place to start the day. The check in and check out procedures were quick and the room was decently equipped.

Disliked: The housekeeping wasn’t that great, body shampoos weren’t provided upon check in and I have to ask the front desk. Plus the cleaning wasn’t done.

  Good quality for the price

Liked: The studio was clean. The facilities were well maintained. The location is excellent, close to a metro station. The restaurant served a variety of meals.

Disliked: The bed was too small for two people. The small round table was damaged. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom. There was also nowhere to put the shower gel. The shower siphon was slightly blocked; the water drained slowly.

Liked: The have very professional polite staff at the reception

Disliked: The Asian Lady in the restaurant was such a terrible Lady. She was very disrespectful and lack respect for colour people. It was quite difficult to content her behaviour. She even created a very undesirable situation by cooking up some lies to the Manager. I love the place but had to leave.
