Fabulous
Liked: The hotel was great. The staff were polite and very helpful 😀. Breakfast was delicious. The location was great train station and tram station near the hotel.
Disliked: The fact that we had left our towels on the floor the 2nd day we were there and they didn't change them. And there was a sign in the elevator that said that the hotel rooms were cleaned after 48 hours (policy of the hotel)and our room wasn't cleaned.
A very enjoyable stay and our Munich hotel of choice
Liked: Location is excellent. 100 metres to Berg am Laim metro with full access to transport system. 190 Bus stops 80 metres with access to Ostbanhof station and Old airport exhibition centre. Lidl supermarket 40 metres across road. Staff friendly and helpful. Good sized room, large double bed. Toilet and shower excellent, spotlessly clean. Sound security system. Rood card for access and lift to your floor only. solid fire door to room. Security excellent. Located in a quiet area of city yet easy access
Disliked: Hot breakfast food is a problem. Infra red lamps are a hopeless choice for keeping food hot. Some hotels have moved over to hotplate heating which is much more efficient but may need attendance to stir food
Liked: We absolutely loved our stay! The breakfast was fantastic, the room was great, and the location couldn’t have been better. Amazing value for money. We’re so glad we chose this hotel! The only small thing I’d change is the pillows. Instead of two thin pillows, one thicker, fluffier pillow would have been much more comfortable. Overall, a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!
Liked: Very good location and the staff are nice
Disliked: The pillow is not comfortable, and there is no coffee or tea-making machine in the room.
Disliked: Very poor breakfast options. There's no restaurant to grab something to eat in the evening, unless you want frozen pizza.
