  Weird experience for a nice hotel

  Liked: It has balcony

  Disliked: So it started with me ringing up the property to add additional person to the stay. The staff replied saying well if the room selected has the capacity and if it can be added it will be added. I am like the whole reason I called you was to check that if booking allows it, he just never responded and says no it cannot be added you will have to upgrade the room. I said okay I will upgrade the room (have done this many times in different hotels they inform you the fare and once you agree to pay they upgrade you) I was like okay you can upgrade me and I will pay how much would it cost. He says well you need to check with booking.com I said any additional request are always handlers by the property booking.com is a facilitator, he goes like well you need to check with them. Very weird experience and also ofcourse the cupboard in our room was broken and when I informed the staff they said they cannot do anything

  Just ok

  Liked: Charged for early check-in (only an hour)

  Disliked: Charged for early check-in unless you were a Hilton member. (only an hour early) No other hotel did that during our entire trip.
