Liked: The hotel has a 24-hour front desk and the staff is very enthusiastic. The location is very good. There are railway stations, passenger terminals and subway stations nearby, as well as supermarkets and many car rental companies.

Liked: I just liked the location, the rest was very bad

Disliked: Very old furniture, not clean at all, once you enter the room you go in bathroom and then in the room. Train's noise is running all the night because the windows are very old. Spiders on the wall. I didn't like it at all.

Liked: The manager was responsive to our first night complaint. Promised a refund for the first night, but I never received.

Disliked: The first night, we discovered bugs in our room. They didn't have another room available, so we had to move to a neighboring property late at night. The next day, we moved back to Hotel Amba to another room while they cleaned the first room. They promised a refund for our first night, but I never got one.
