  Liked: Rooms, breakfast

  Disliked: Staff was mostly okay, however, upon our arrival, a receptionist (a middle aged woman with straight brown hair) was acting annoyed with us, when my husband asked me if he should get cash from our car. “Of course! You won’t be able to stay here, if you don’t pay”, she said and rolled her eyes. The question wasn’t even directed at her. Maybe she had a long shift? Anyway, it’s a shame this is considered normal behavior.

  Staff were nice, beds comfortable and the room was okay but would expect better toiletries/ towels etc in room for a

  Liked: Very comfortable beds, good location, good breakfast

  Disliked: Very limited toiletries in the room. Shower and bathroom looking very tired/ in need for updating. No English TV channels.

  We recommend this hotel

  Liked: The hotel is very well located in the Maxvorstadt neighbourhood in close proximity to old town, you can even walk to Marienplatz if you enjoy walks. The room was very clean with all ammenites, soft pillows and a nice design. The breakfast was good quality with enough options.

  Overall, a good experience, but the breakfast arrangements definitely need improvement

  Liked: Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, although some traffic noise from the street could be heard. The reception staff were excellent — welcoming, friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: The main disappointment was breakfast. The breakfast area is too small for the number of guests, which resulted in queues. After waiting, I had to eat breakfast sitting on a bar stool rather than at a proper dining table.
