  Extremly noisy

  Liked: Clean and staff nice

Disliked: Room extremly noisy, zero sound proofing; you can not sleep as the trams go all night; it is like sleeping on the street. When I asked to change the room I was charged for "upgrade" although the new room was smaller, but it was quiet there, so "quiet" was the upgrade. This is unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel where you expect at least some minimal comfort

Liked: The friendly and helpful staff especially at the reception. The hotel room was very beautiful and clean. The interior was quite something. Topping it up with the perfect location, close to everything was a plus. Definitely my favorite hotel in München.

Disliked: The coffee cups could be a bit bigger 😂
