  Value for money

Liked: Room is super clean and hotel location is good and near U-bahn station and 20 mins walk from Marienplatz. Staff are friendly and nice

Disliked: Room doesn’t have any facilities. I would recommend adding a safe, kettle with some tea/coffee and water. Also the idea of having part of bathroom in the room without door is kinda strange it makes around the bed a wet area all the time

Excellent location, value for money, need more facilities

Liked: Value for money hotel, at an excellent location, clean rooms, friendly stuff.

Disliked: In my triple room the one bed was a sofa bed. The toilet and the bathroom shared the same door, so you cannot use both at the same time, or if you use the bathroom the other person will use the toilet without a door. Very limited space as a closet (open closet) and no hooks at all for the towels, not even in the bathroom

Overall I was really pleased with my stay at hotel Gio. I would do it again

Liked: Room and bathroom/shower, location, cleanliness, breakfast, all great. The place even smelled nice. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had staying in a hotel.

Disliked: The pillows were uncomfortable. They were too puffy without any firmness to support my neck well. The bathroom sink design was bad. The water would spill over the top and drain down the sides to the floor and made a big puddle. We had to use a towel to soak it up every time used the sink. Minor complaint, though.

Liked: Hotel was great! Room was clean and the courtyard view with a balcony was very nice. Room was a bit small but it was comfortable. Great location to walk into Oktoberfest.

  Disliked: 1 small elevator.
