  Excellent will absolutely use again

  Liked: Close to the train station (lone female at 1am!) and warm greeting on arrival. Responded to emails via booking.com to confirm no issues for super late check in

  Liked: Had a great stay in Munich. The room was super clean, spacious, with everything you need. The breakfast was great, had a german breakfast as a sweet breakfast, with coffee, juices, scrambled eggs etc. All of the stuff are super friendly and are always there to help if you need something. The location was great, 10 min walk to Virtualienmarkt and Marienplatz, and 3min from U-bahn and S-bahn. The surrounding had some construction works, but we didn't hear them at all so could sleep long in the morning. The surrounding safe, near every shop you need as bakeries and restorans. It was a real Bavarian style atmosphere and feeling. Definitely coming back, best of wishes to the Hotel crew.

  Liked: We liked the hotel and the room, which was spacious and clean, with good quality towels and bed linens. Breakfast wasn't included in the daily rate, but there were good options for the price charged, though there are more affordable cafés nearby. The location was a bit disappointing as it's about a 10-minute walk from the main train station and a metro station to connect to other neighborhoods. The old town is about a 15-minute walk. The neighborhood didn't seem suitable for families with children at night, but overall, we thought it was good value for money.

  Disliked: Distance to main station and to S-bahn around 10 -15 min walking. Neighborhood not that friendly to families at night

  Neat and clean hotel near the main railway station

  Liked: The hotel staff is very kind and professional, and the hotel itself is located in a quiet part of the urban area.

  Disliked: Mattress on the bed that is too soft. I perhaps expected a larger selection for breakfast, considering the amount I paid.
