A good place to stay during Octoberfest but a bit far from old Munich

Liked: The breakfast was good. The hotel is located near a bus stop. The staff person was very responsive and helpful. Everything was managed professionally and well, the room was clean, etc.

Disliked: There's nothing the hotel can do about it, but the location was far from old Munich and the tourist sites we wanted to visit, though the location near a bus stop helped. It was a bit expensive for the quality of the hotel, but given that it was Octoberfest season, I expected to pay a high price for a hotel and was happy to find a room available at this hotel.
