  Disappointing and hugely overpriced, even for Oktoberfest period

  Liked: Great location for Oktoberfest. Also, friendly staff at the breakfast. Breakfast itself - fair.

  Disliked: This hotel is 2 stars at best, whilst it shows 4 stars in Booking. No wardrobe in the room. Restaurant is only open for breakfast. No gym, no spa, no parking. One cannot charge the breakfast to the room - they make you go to the reception and pay first. Rooms and bathrooms are tiny.

  Disliked: Very loud with windows open and no AC or fan, so got humid with windows closed.

  it's so dirty

  Disliked: I left the hotel because the room was dirty and the bed linen appeared unchanged, with hair and stains on it. I did not feel comfortable staying, and the hotel refused to refund my money despite the poor conditions.

  Looks good, price fair, but horrible customer service and our shower never worked

  Liked: The room was large enough for the 4 of us, simple, and as expected

  Disliked: Very unhappy guests. Our shower wouldn't drain so after about a minute of running water it would overflow the pan and we would have to wait HOURS for it to drain down. We found this on arrival (after a 26 hr travel day) and let the front desk know. They said they couldn't do anything and would notify the manager. Two days later, no resolution, no contact from manager, and every employee we talked to said that only the manager could deal with it. No offer of another room, no discount, nothing... We would never stay here again.
