Nice location, overall a good place

    Liked: Nice location, breakfast ok

Disliked: Not clean as I expected. Cleaning staff making noises at 6AM (vacuum cleaning).

Liked: Great location, close to the train station and tram.

Disliked: Found the hotel easy, got our room key and where happy to get to our room after an 24 hour overseas trip. The fist thing was a big vacuum cleaner in the doorway and an open balcony door.it became clear very fast that the room was not ready and beeing aired out after someone had been smoking there. The bathroom facility also featured an old 1950 German bath tub where you had to climb in and try to shower. We called up the night manager and told him that clearly the room isn't ready and that this is not the room we had booked. We always make sure that we have a walk in showers. That room was also very small and it would have been difficult to park 2 regular suit cases. He stated that there were different pictures on the booking site. We told him that that is not acceptable. He found a room for us that had a walk in showers and we surrendered. That was an OK room, not the cleanest as well but at that point we were not able to find A different hotel. The room had a small safe, that we could not use,low Battery indicator, and the staff was not able to remedy that for the duration of our stay ( 4 nights) We gave up. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly but never followed through.

Decent value but old fashioned and tired looking hotel

Liked: Decent sized room, with balcony, and comfortable bed. It was clean, and quiet.

Disliked: The decor looked a bit jaded, the sink had a crack in it, the buffet was OK but range of options was a bit limited compared to other places we have stayed in. The WiFi was patchy in our room, worked better in the foyer.

    Pleasant stay in Munich

Liked: Location was fine, not too far from the train station. Several barricades made walking with suitcases challenging (of course not the hotel’s fault,). Breakfast was adequate and tasty. We stayed in the week leading up to the October Fest and was excited to see the preparations take place around the corner.

Disliked: Had trouble with the WiFi connection so ended up using our own.

    Would stay again

Liked: Location was convenient to the main train station(HBh) and trams. There was a bakery and a few convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean, staff efficient. Good breakfast.
