Liked: Very close to train station. Beautiful rooms

Disliked: View out our window was not pretty. Wish breakfast was more cost effective.

  Okay stay

Liked: Cleanliness Good beds We choose this hotel simply because of location

Disliked: No food offerings, no room service Train is passing every 5 minutes, rooms are not sound proof Construction site was opposite as well, therefore our night was not relaxing

A pleasant and well-located hotel, with a few service details that could be improved

Liked: The location is quite convenient, within walking distance of the city centre, Marienplatz and many of Munich’s main attractions. Breakfast was perfectly adequate — nothing particularly memorable, but a decent selection. The breakfast staff, on the other hand, were genuinely lovely: friendly, attentive and welcoming throughout my stay.

Disliked: The reception staff could have been a little more welcoming and attentive. Although I understand that early check-in is subject to availability, being offered a room within ten minutes for an additional €60 felt somewhat unnecessary. My initial room also had twin beds despite a double-bed request made months in advance, although this was eventually resolved. Finally, a heads-up about the underground disruptions affecting airport connections would have been appreciated.
