  Exceptional service in Munich

  Liked: I’ve been staying almost every year in this hotel since it was reopened a couple of years ago and everything was great except the food until this stay not sure what changed but the food served in this hotel now is on another level compared to previous years room service menu is varied and delicious the breakfast got a very nice upgrade as well now to me this is the best hotel in Munich

  We had a great stay - highly recommend

  Liked: Everything about our stay was positive. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room, good gym facilities.

  Disliked: The only minor critique was that the gym was very warm. But that is only nitpicking an otherwise fabulous stay.

  I wish we could have stayed longer

  Liked: The locations is incredible. This hotel is truly luxurious. The rooms were very spacious and comfy. The amenities were amazing, especially the gym. The restaurants were delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.
