  Disliked: Everything was fine overall, except for the parking situation. On Booking.com, it was clearly stated that private hotel parking was included. However, upon arrival, I was informed that this was not the case. The receptionist even commented that “nothing is free in Munich,” which I found quite unprofessional.

  Pricey for what it is

  Liked: Convenient location, close to train station and old town. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, good breakfast, nice bathroom renovation

  Disliked: No arm chair in room 103 - advert shows an armchair. Decor very dated.
