  Liked: The hotel was fabulous. Had everything you need. Basically a mini apartment and for a very reasonable cost. Clean and the beds were very comfy. Some of the best hotel beds I've stayed in. The advance check in was a great option and the ability to store our luggage before check in opened was extremely helpful. Staff were wonderful. We ordered takeout to the hotel and they offered to WhatsApp me when it arrived. It was within walking distance to a Lidl *11 min walk* and 2 Aldis *one a 15 min and the other a 10* meaning it was affordable to stay living on snacks and light meals.

  Disliked: The parking was a little pricey. No space on street so we had to use the multi-storey lot a few mins walk down the road. €25 a night was a little more than I wanted to pay but we didn't have much of a choice. The bathroom was brilliant apart from the fact there didn't seem to be a fan running meaning it got very steamy and we had to leave the door ajar to manage it. There also wasn't a shower door and no ledge to hold the water, meaning the bathroom floor got very wet very quick. The location was great other than the roadworks outside and seemingly around every single corner, but that isn't the fault of the hotel. Was just unfortunate that getting there felt like such a hassle finding where to go.

  Liked: Location very good, very nice and helpfull staff, good breakfast, silent place.

  Disliked: No cleaning services (only if you stay more than 5 days), no towel changing (only if you ask), no towel hanging in the bathroom.

  Nice place for a short term stay

  Liked: This was our second stay at WunderLocke Munich. We appreciate the room which has a kitchenette (plus dishwasher and washing machine) as well as a small table for small meals (like a simple breakfast or lunch) and a small seating area. The bathroom has lots of room to put toilette bags, change of clothes, towels, and such. The towels are excellent (fluffy) and the bathroom also has a heater which will warm towels in the bathroom. We enjoy the workout room on the ground floor. Yoga classes are also offered (20E a session) several times a week. We were here three years when the place was still fairly new. There were some minor issues which I documented. I am happy to say that none of these issues was a problem this trip.

  Disliked: As one can see from my review, I would not change much about the lodging. I can note the following (which is not WunderLocke's fault): Wunderlocke is close to the U3 (Aidenbachstrasse) which would normally bring one easily to Marienplatz. However, the line was under construction which made it harder to get to town. There are, of course, alternatives (Seimenswerke is a stop a bit farther away and there are ways to get to Hauptbahnhof from there). But that was a slight bummer.

  Liked: We were very satisfied with the week we spent here. We stayed in a four-person family room，although the ceiling in the loft was a bit low, the kids only used it at night when sleeping. The rest of the amenities were complete, and the dishwasher and washing machine were sufficient for our needs during the week. It wasn’t far from the S7 subway station.
