From the moment we arrived, everything felt exceptional. The hotel is incredibly modern, elegant, and beautifully designed, with a sophisticated atmosphere that makes it feel far more luxurious than you might expect. The cleanliness was absolutely outstanding. Everything was spotless, fresh, and perfectly maintained, creating a wonderful sense of comfort and relaxation. The staff were fantastic — friendly, welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. Their hospitality and excellent service made us feel truly cared for. The location is simply unbeatable! Right in the heart of Munich, within easy walking distance of Marienplatz, beautiful streets, shops, restaurants, and many of the city’s main attractions. It was the perfect base for exploring Munich and enjoying its wonderful atmosphere. What makes this hotel so special is the combination of its elegant modern design, exceptional cleanliness, outstanding staff, excellent service, and prime central location. It offers a level of comfort, style, and hospitality that truly makes you feel pampered. Honestly, this hotel exceeded all our expectations. It is a place I would happily return to again and again. Thank you to the entire Motel One team for making our final night in Europe so special and memorable. 10/10 — Absolutely exceptional! One of my favorite hotels in Germany. ❤️

  Disliked: Absolutely nothing. Everything was exceptional — the location, cleanliness, modern design, comfort, staff, and service. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Munich.

  Amazing location with friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms

  Liked: Location was easy to access, staff was exceptional. Comfortable beds and lobby was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful and affordable.
