  Good but challenging in some places

  Liked: nicely done rooms

  Disliked: German self service can be tedious, the entrance gate pin code thing took 8 attempts to open it as it always sent an error message after the third number. No aircon was bad considering the heat, I hadn't checked upon booking, had assumed every hotel offers air condition. Self service drinks are a good idea, but there is no explanation how to pay. We called the hotline as there is no staff present, but even the hotline wasn't answered

  Liked: Clean, good location, simple check in procedure

  Disliked: Self-rated 4* - lacks a number of basic things a 4 star would normally offer, like a glasses for water, hair dryer, air conditioning, normal size bath room

  Location, affordability, access and clean

  Liked: Convenient and central location, price was very affordable, lots of food places and coffee shop’s nearby and short walk to public transport

  Disliked: Bathrooms are a little tight space. It takes a while for the sink to heat up the hot water especially at night. It speeds up the hot water on the sink when the shower is used.

  Liked: The location was perfect, there’s a supermarket just close by it (Edeka). There are lovely eateries within the terrain and it’s very close to downtown. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms are very tidy and neat as well.

  Disliked: I liked everything just that I couldn’t control the hot water in my room, it was extremely hot and my shower handle was a bit faulty.

Please, note that room cleaning takes place every second day of the stay, bed linen change once per week.

Bookings of 4 rooms or more are considered group bookings.

For group bookings, guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. In case of cancelation in the 14 days before arrival, the guest pays 80% of the total price. If you do not arrive on the day of arrival, we will charge 100% of the value (no-show costs) of the services ordered. Booking changes are not possible within the cancelation period. 100% prepayment required.

When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
