  Great stay during Oktoberfest

  Liked: The location was perfect for Oktoberfest. About a 10 minute walk to festival. Lots of restaurants in the area. Just a few minutes from train station and close enough to walk to Marienplatz. The room is basic, but clean and very spacious.

  I enjoyed my stay, but am disappointed at the manager’s attitude

  Liked: The room was clean and had everything that I needed. The location is great and walking distance from Marienplatz. The hotel was quiet and I was able to rest well.

  Disliked: The man working who I assume is the manager was extremely rude. When I was checking out there was no one at the front desk, so I rang the bell, but no one came. I went to the office and knocked on the door. When the man opened the door, he was on the phone. I told him that I was checking out and tried to ask if there was a place that I could store my luggage for a few hours. He cut me off before I could complete my sentence and rudely told me to leave my key on the front desk. Then, he proceeded to say that he was on the phone and shut the office door in my face. Also, the Netflix and YouTube on the tv did not work in my room.
