  Liked: The room is spacious and comfortable. The male receptionist, who is of Asian descent, is very friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: The interior and carpeting were quite old and not particularly clean. Furthermore, parking is not free; you have to pay 25 euros per day. Additionally, although I booked two different room categories at different price points, I ended up with two identical rooms located right next to each other.

  Liked: We had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Suites Munich. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but what really made our experience special was the excellent service from Mr. Mahan at the front desk. We arrived early in the morning after an overnight flight, and our kids were quite tired. Even though the hotel was fully booked, Mr. Mahan was extremely kind and helpful. He spoke to the management and personally requested housekeeping to prepare our room as soon as possible and managed to arrange an early check-in by 10:30 am. This was a huge help for our family and allowed the kids to get some much needed rest. Thank you, Mr. Mahan, Management and the team for making us feel so welcome. Highly recommended for families visiting Munich!
