The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere with highly supportive staff. Clean and nice location

Liked: The staff were friendly and supportive, especially Fatima, who was incredibly helpful.

Disliked: Even though I requested no morning cleaning, the housekeepers opened my room on two different mornings while I was still inside and then closed the door.

Liked: Great location in a calm neighbourhood, next to U-bahn station which goes to the center of Munich for 10 minutes. Clean spacious rooms, comfortable and cosy. Nothing was missing.

Disliked: Despite our arrival at the check-in time, we were told our room won’t be ready another hour and a half, so we couldn’t check-in. Although we left our luggage there it would be good if we could get some rest in our rooms after the flight and transfer, especially with our child. Everything else about the hotel was absolutely positive.

Liked: A good hotel with an excellent location near the metro and public transportation. Our room windows overlooked the road, but we didn't notice the noise. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

Liked: The location was great, with the underground just across the road and tram stops also near by. There were also a couple of local restaurants. Underground parking in the garage was convenient. Breakfast was very good.

  Nice stay in Munich

Liked: The staff were very friendly and there were good options to get around by public transport.

Disliked: Our room looked a bit old. It was fine and comfortable but I think it could use a refresh soon.
