  Lovely space to stay

Liked: The bed was really comfortable

Disliked: The hotel need to upgrade their TVs, I couldn’t cast to the TV, would be great if they had modern smart TVs. So I didn’t have options for entertainment and whilst at the hotel. Also some of the towels had hairs on them, wasn’t sure if the towels were clean or not. The heating system didn’t really work either, it felt cold during the night in the room.

Great stay, easy access to Laim Bhf, good spot for Oktoberfest but price is steep

Liked: The setup was great and rooms were clean, however the room was small and price for the stay for value during Oktoberfest is steep. Otherwise it has as expected

Disliked: I dont think any additional points could be added since the rooms, staffs were already great and helpful

  Liked: not much at all.

Disliked: we booked for 4 nights and stayed for 2.. we asked management to replace mattress whichwas falling in the middle, no response. both plugs in basin and bath did no seal. My husband fixed the slats of the bed which were broken and tried to repair the broken plugs. Formica in basin very damaged.Aircon covered in thick dust We mentioned this to management who was clearly not interested in doing any repairs. No water, no kettle, milk, sugar or cups supplied in the room.. I would avoid this Hotel at all costs as it is needing attention and serious maintenance.
