My companion and I spent a very comfortable and enjoyable stay in the hotel: he liked the gym!

Liked: The staff were very helpful with my checking out (when I forgot my laptop was on my arm!) and triple checking I'd left nothing else - I had! Also, when my room card failed to activate, the young concierge explained how to make it work better!

Disliked: It is always annoying when you get to your room (on the 5th floor) and the room card won't work. But see above!
