  Good city stay hotel

  Liked: Location is good. Interior of the room is beautiful and comfortable. Spa is nice and cosy. It's very convenient for a city stay.

  Disliked: The staff could be more friendly and helpful. For example help to carry luggage, check in and checkout, breakfast process to get a table and so on... all could be really a bit more friendly and welcoming, specially towards international guests. We had issue every time we had any interaction with the staff. Value for money is also not good. There are better serviced hotels in this area with lower price tag. The view from the room was construction site and people from the street could see into our room.

  The best hotel I’ve stayed in!

  Liked: Very wow, our room felt less like a hotel and more like staying in the beautiful home of an exceptionally wealthy friend. Everything was gorgeous, thoughtfully considered and of the highest quality. The suite included a separate dressing area, so there was lots space for all our belongings, which meant we weren’t tripping over suitcases or living out of bags. The bed was incredibly comfortable, we had the suite and our son had a bed in the living room which was also wonderfully comfortable (he had spent the first part of our trip on sofa beds - the usual hard, compromised version you find in hotels) Every single detail was just right. The space, the furnishings, the comfort, the quality, everything has been well thought through. When you’re away from home, you want to enjoy at least the same level of comfort you have at home, and here, everything delivered. We all absolutely loved staying here and are already looking at other Rosewood hotels:)

  Liked: The building and rooms are beautiful. The spa and the pool were also exceptional. Everybody that we interacted with were nice. The hotel is a bit of maze so be prepared to pay attention to the elevators. Highly recommend.
