  A utilitarian feeling modern sort of a place, with better rooms than lobby suggests

  Liked: A modern but stark venue with some nice lobby art. Good rooms

  Disliked: Needs a cosier bar.

  I would stay here again anytime. It has a modern vibe with great facilities and breakfast

  Liked: The hotel location is excellent for easily accessing all parts of the downtown. The rooms are modern and well designed. Appreciated the toilet being separate from the shower and sink area. The beds and pillows are super comfy. Great breakfast and really great staff - very accommodating and ready to look after your every need.

  Disliked: The tap in the bathroom sink has too long a neck meaning that you have to place your face to the side of the tap to access the water. We weren't told how to close off the bottom windows and had to discover that on our own. Would have been helpful to be told that the "bench" doubles as the window screening. The sliding door to close off the sink area is hard to slide across.

  Correct price-quality stay close to Englisher Garten

  Liked: Location in a lively neighbourhood a bit outside of the Munich city centre but close to the Englisher Garten; spacious and clean rooms

  Disliked: The pillows on the bed did not give sufficient head support and mattresses were quite hard; the room felt a bit empty and not so cosy as we thought on the basis of the pictures

  Great location with a very clean and spacious room. Would come back

  Liked: Location is excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is clean. The breakfast was quite nice, as I expected to be simple yet tasty with a good variety of choice. Quiet! The place was very quiet.

  Disliked: In our room there were no curtains that still allow light yet give privacy. The only shades/curtains were completely dark while. I will say that they are built in a way that you can slide them up and down and allow only a portion of the window to be blocked. Yet, I would have preferred privacy with light.
