  Even though the staff were nice, the property itself is not up to the standard of 5 stars

  Liked: The valet parking and the health facilities.

  Disliked: The hotel is rated 5 stars, but the furniture and facilities are more in line with a 4-star standard. The floor of the elevator was dirty—certainly not what you’d expect from a 5-star establishment. I was charged 377 euros for two nights, and an additional they take 564 euros!!was held as a deposit. I am currently on a tour of Europe, and that amount has yet to be returned; many other hotels typically release such holds within two days now 4 days!!!

  Liked: The staff were lovely - very accommodating, the hotel was beautifully presented and the amenities and food were exceptional. Whilst I visited the city it was difficult to note want to leave the room

  Disliked: It is slightly further out from the main city and where everything else is - but considering the hotel itself I wasn't too fussed by that
