  Very good with very tentative staff

  Liked: Didn’t have the breakfast as too expensive but did like the foyer area, our shower room and the whole apartment in general

  Excellent Customer Service and Staff Recognition

  Liked: The young woman who was at the reception desk on Saturday, October 24, in the evening (6–7 PM), and again early on Sunday morning, October 25 (7:30 AM checkout), was very friendly and proactive in offering help. Please appreciate and recognize her for her excellent service.

  We enjoyed our time in Munich

  Liked: Big hotel close to everything.

  Disliked: Although we had a room with a cooktop, we were missing a few things to cook with! A little problem when you’re not from the area….
