  Comfortable and value!

  Liked: Really good breakfast and a calm location a bit outside the city, but still reachable via public transport that one can take from nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

  Disappointed due lack of cleanliness, bad staff attitude and lack of response to AC malfunctioning

  Disliked: One staff person, from the night shift, on October 2nd and 3rd, was very rude. We complained to her about our rooms (traveling with 2 other couples) not being made. She told us we should have been informed at check-in that we needed to notify the front desk every day to have the rooms made. We told her we weren't notified at check-in. On the 2nd night, during this person's shift, we requested a cup of hot water from the bar to make our own tea with our own tea bags. She told us she would need to charge us for it. We told her the night before that another staff member gladly gave us 4 cups of hot water with no charge at all. AC wasn't working properly. Notified after the first night, it wasn't fixed. Shower was moldy, and drain was clogged. Breakfast quality was below standard

  Liked: An otherwise average, clean room that has seen better days. Parking is available at a reasonable price; the breakfast is good with a sufficient selection. The hotel is located near the ring road, and there is a bus stop nearby.

  Disliked: I didn't like the pillow; it was too big and uncomfortable. The hotel provides an unsecured Wi-Fi network for guests, which I don't like. The shower drain doesn't drain well, so you end up standing in your own dirty water.

  Cheap, breakfast okay but didn’t really feel clean and/or safe, will not return

  Liked: Location, modern furniture/decor

  Disliked: Bedsheets were cleaned but had old stains, shower heads so full of calcium deposits that barely any water came through. Multiple spelling mistakes in data protection agreement. Vomit in the hallway that wasn’t cleaned and ignored when I informed staff. Overall sketchy but cheap-sums up the majority of guests staying there, but close to the Messe.

  Very basic but OK for the price

  Liked: Clean, cheap and close to where I had to be. Comfortable bed. No street noise. Effective AC. Just 65 euros per night without breakfast.

  Disliked: My "superior" room did not have a tea kettle though it was advertised (was given this after asking reception). Cleaning staff went in without knocking. Room VERY basic, no frigde, no minibar, very simple toiletries. Not a 4-star hotel for sure, more like 1 or 2 star. Does not have a smart TV.
