  A very good Stay with Exceptional Hospitality

  Liked: Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten Kempinski Munich is a beautiful and elegant hotel with an excellent location in the heart of Munich. Although my stay was quite short and I didn’t have enough time to explore all the hotel’s facilities, I truly enjoyed my experience. A special thank you to the **welcoming team at the entrance**, the **reception staff member who assisted me with check-in**, and the entire hotel team for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and attentive service. The friendly welcome and excellent service made a wonderful impression from the moment I arrived. I would definitely love to return for a longer stay to fully experience everything this lovely hotel has to offer. **Thank you to the entire Kempinski team for making my short stay so pleasant and memorable!**

  Lovely hotel more people than facilities. Not five star if you can’t get a table as a pre booked gue

  Liked: Location and breakfast was.five star.

  Disliked: The hotel reception and bar was too small. On arrival snd the evening we could not have a table for drinks and food. As guests this is not acceptable. We had to leave the hotel for comfort a beer and facilities. Not a luxury experience but a luxury price.

  Disliked: Our experience with this hotel was extremely disappointing. The management and staff demonstrated highly unprofessional and unfair behavior consistently, alongside a total unwillingness to help. Based on our experience, we strongly advise against staying at this hotel."

  I do not recommend this hotel

  Liked: Only the location!

  Disliked: - room is too stuffy and smelly - AC doesn’t work well, and when i called for assistance the lady who answered the phone said (open the window) - i booked a king bed and got a twin room instead - pillows are so not comfortable. We weren’t able to have a proper sleep

  Great hotel in a great location

  Liked: Marian Platz is surrounded by so many monuments music halls and museums it's a great place to be in.And not to forget the shopping. The breakfast is very very good and since we were upgraded to a suite it was fantastic

  Disliked: I think at reception they have chosen to keep the lighting very subdued in my view it can be a wee bit more cheery
