  Liked: The location was central and the air conditioner that worked.

  Disliked: The room was small and minimally decorated. However, I would have liked to have some storage space for personal items.

  Recommend to stay here, but breakfast could be better

  Liked: Great location right by the Hauptbahnhof and main tram lines, but not noisy from this. Nice clean and comfortable hotel that was well laid-out.

  Disliked: The breakfast was really not very good with limited options and warm at best

  Some minutes walk from Potsdam city center

  Liked: We booked in the last minutes, the accommodation has good location, some minutes walk is the city center. The room was clean and the bed were comfortable. We had no time to try the wellness. I can just suggest the hotel. We were there at the weekend and we could park on the street next to the hotel fee.

  Liked: Location, rooms

  Disliked: It’s my second stay in this hotel. First one was very good, however, I now I got very disappointed. While checking in for the hotel I have paid for my stay. I have a ticket from the card terminal which shows the correct amount. However, at the end of stay the hotel charged my card for amount that was different (!), also not matching the provided invoice. The difference is not negligible (around 50€). The hotel remains unresponsive for emails and didn’t provide any information by phone call, therefore I am leaving this negative review as a precaution.

  Disliked: There was no outdoor tables/seating the courtyard (the weather was excellent during my say but I suppose September/October is a bit off season for outdoor).
