Liked: We liked the close proximity to the ferry.
Disliked: The place did not really hold up to what the photos promised. All very basic but clean and functional. Sauna is too expensive with 30 Euro/hour.

Great and tranquil place to stay in Rostock
Liked: The accommodation was big, comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well equipped for our simple breakfast. Nearby are (walking distance) are a couple of supermarkets. Private free parking was also very appreciated. I left a bag in the room. Contacted Mr Mählitz and he was so friendly and kind to DHL my items to me. Gladly reimbursed him. Thank you!
Liked: Excellent location for anyone arriving with the ferry late. Huge bathroom and bedroom, cozy kitchen. Key pick-up and drop-off very convenient.
Disliked: It was cold in the apartment when we arrived but we could get it warm pretty fast, so no complaints really.
