  Excellent

  Liked: The apartment was great, there are all the necessary appliances, including a washing machine, the apartment is very clean and modern. The property manager was also very helpful and friendly, answered all the questions I had.

  Disliked: The only thing that I was missing was a free parking spot nearby, however there is paid parking nearby.

  Nice apartments in city center

  Liked: Great location in city center. Easy to park nearby (for free from 19 to 8). Apartment looks recently renovated. Enough space to store clothes for several days. Big TV. Small kitchen to cook and prepare breakfasts. Bathroom with shower. Landlord very friendly. Overall, a place to feel like at home instead of hotel room.

  Disliked: To eat you only have one low round table and have to use the sofa as seat.

  Excellent apartment

  Liked: Everything was great! The excellent location is close and convenient to all the necessary places: tram stop, shopping malls and pedestrian street. The picture and description of the apartment are very close to reality. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

  Quiet harbour for my soul or my first visit to Rostock! It was great! Thank you!

  Liked: lovely cozy clean and spacious apartment in the heart of Rostock (close to the Сity Сenter and Promenade Stadthafen Rostock). It was easy to find. The tram stop is located in 5 minutes to the apartment location, therefore it was easy to get there. I had all I needed for my comfort staying. The closest grocery shops are located in 6-7 minutes from the place. This is a perfect option for 2 people to be placed (however, I was alone). It is quiet and safe, absolutely comfortable for living! The host Christian was friendly and helpful! Thank you! It was a real pleasure to be your guest! Definitely I would recommend this apartment to my friends!

  Pleasant apartment and we would definately like to revisit and stay again

  Liked: Comfortable apartment, in a good location.

  Disliked: We would have liked a small table and two chairs to sit to eat in the apartment. A folding type table could fit in front of the lounge window instead of the large lamp which could be relocated to the other side of the room by the electrical sockets. A smaller coffee table would still give a feeling of space.
