  Good stay

  Liked: Nice hotel, room, and breakfast. Staff were very nice and helpful, the location was very comfortable next to the tram and the old city

  Disliked: Room was little bit small but overall comfortable for 1 person stay

  Smart new hotel

  Liked: Smart, functional, good location near the old town, river and tram stop. Lots of staff in turquoise uniforms buzzing around at breakfast. Nice modern design - I wonder who are all the faces on the wall of the foyer/breakfast area (fishermen, shipbuilders)? There are TV screens with tropical fish in the foyer and in the rooms.

  Disliked: There was a shortage of seating in the breakfast area on the Sunday morning we were there so people had to use the low coffee tables of the foyer. The rooms are quite small though the entrance area to our room gave a little extra space for opening a suitcase. We'd booked a room with a king-size bed, but I think it was more queen size in our room. The sink plug was intentionally blocked open so you couldn't fill the sink. The wifi was good most of the time except Saturday evening (high demand?). No kettle in the room, nor flannel (face cloths). The underground car parking was convenient but quite expensive (€17/night)

  Great overnight stay

  Liked: We were there after a ferry trip. Arrived late and left early. Rooms are great, beds and shower are really good. Staff is nice. Good breakfast for a good price
