Liked: Nothing
Disliked: We never received our apartment code. The staff were unreachable by email, whatsapp or call. They were very prompt in asking for money for city tax but never bothered about making sure we got the code. In the middle of the night, we had to book another expensive hotel. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone. Avoid it like the plague. Absolutely unprofessional people. Made the whole night terrible for us.
Liked: The appartement was really clean, modern, great location. Great views. Great for a couple or a leisure trip for a couple nights with minimal luggage. Bed was really comfy.
Disliked: No wifi (its not listed in the advert, so my fault, but i just assume its provided now like hot water) The appartement was up 3 flights of stairs, we had an 11month old so with all her things getting in and out was a bit of a challenge, prams and suitcases up and down each time. Check in/out times at the far ends of normal. Check in at 1600 and check out at 1000, again with an 11month old this was hard work with naps and timings, we lost half a day in Rostock really, 1100 and 1500 are a bit more normal times, but again its in the advert just didnt fully check before booking. TV didn't work, only the radio, made not having wifi a bit more difficult, especially with the world cup final on and not being able to leave the room with a baby. And the check in email was like war and peace for the instructions, very thorough but was like an escape rooms just trying to find the important information to get in the place.

Liked: It's beautiful, clean, cozy and in the city center, what else could you wish for?
Disliked: Well, actually, we almost slept outside because we couldn't figure out the check-in, waited an hour for the codes and there was zero reply from the staff. I believe there should be real customer service, so our rating is very generous, solely for the amenities. This place has no accessibility like an elevator, the stairs are very steep. Parking was not easily found.

Disliked: The kitchen table was in a bad condition, otherwise everything was good
This place has many things to improve
Liked: It was very clean and spacious.
Disliked: Warm water in the shower and sink didn’t work on my first day, and there was no internet connection at all. The staff communication wasn’t the best, they didn’t update me on the progress of the warm water issue and ignored the lack of internet connection. The bed was too soft, uncomfortable, and damaged on one side. The bedsheets were also not of hotel-linen quality.

Liked: Room basically clean. The bed is spacious but no much room walking and stepping. The showing room is big, which is good, but the problem is you can’t stand comfortably for the arrangement of space.
Disliked: The attitude of service is surprisingly bad. They have sent me a wrong password to the key and no answers even though I and other guests also tried to reach them. And they finally relied, with « you should write us but not call us ». The attitude is amazing. It is a big cultural shock to a foreigner.
