Liked: The room was equipped with some food items and water she's it was replenished daily. The room was cleaned daily and looked super nice. Also the smell in the room was great, sooner incense thing 😅
3 nights in a basement room without ventilation & poor communication

Disliked: 3 nights at the dungeon called deluxe double room at a price of deluxe double room above ground. No ventilation, dark, masking bad odor with more chemicals/scents, view of legs passing by… This property has many types of rooms, so when you see 9 out of 10, it’s definitely not for the basement rooms. I was coughing, sneezing and had a bad headache there. Once I moved out, it all was gone. There’s no reception or anybody to let you in the building before 2-3pm when you get all codes. I asked for at least an entry code on the day of arrival, and they refused; only sent me the code at 2pm! Also, you must upload your passport picture into their website, otherwise you will not be checked in! After you pay without option to get refund, they send you that mandatory rule. If I knew all I know now, I would not be paying and staying here. All communication is done by messaging or phone. They respond, but sometimes the responses were like they are in this business on day one. For example, I had second reservation and needed to know how to proceed with luggage and change of rooms, since nobody except from cleaning lady, is visible. They don’t give you any information to make things easy beforehand, so I had to ask what should I do with my luggage. The response was: stay in your old room for an hour, and cleaning lady will help you. I didn’t came to Athens to sit in the dark dungeon without ventilation and wait! Such a bizarre response. So I just brought my luggage by my new room myself, and they sent cleaning lady to open that door. Be aware that you have to be careful when using stairs to the dungeon floor and to the first. Lack of carpet and decorative handrails are a safety hazard. At least carpet needs to be put to the stairs. It’s all very pretty to look at, but without an elevator to get you from the entrance up or down is dangerous. Liked: Such a wonderful stay! The self check-in was incredibly easy, which was perfect as we arrived late in the evening. The property is beautiful and in a fantastic location, right in the heart of a lovely neighbourhood and within walking distance of everything. We stayed in Room 24, a very spacious room at the back of the building, overlooking the courtyard, with a charming little balcony. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully presented. We especially loved the attention to detail, from the thoughtful touches like snacks, water, and wine in the room to the lovely toiletries and excellent quality towels. Everything felt carefully considered and made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: We could occasionally hear footsteps from the room above, but that’s to be expected in an older building. It didn’t bother us or affect our stay in any way.
