Disappointed
Liked: They tried to assist with our lost luggage.
Disliked: We received a phone call two days prior to checking in and was told that there was a pipe leak in one of the two rooms that we booked. They try to squeeze us into one hotel room.. It was completely unacceptable. They did find us another hotel with the hotel. They found us was dirty very disappointing.

Liked: The location was excellent - 2 minutes away from lovely bars and restaurants and within easy walking distance of the Agora, Acropolis and Parliament as well as other key areas. Sonia was a lovely host, very warm and welcoming. The room was set up so nicely when we arrived, we took our drinks straight up to the rooftop terrace and the view was amazing. Sonia also pointed out the easiest routes and best places for us to go on the map she provided. Breakfast was really nice with plenty of choice. On one day when we had to leave before breakfast to go on a trip the staff filled our fridge the night before so we could eat before we left/take some with us. The spa/pool downstairs was also a great bonus after a long day walking around.
Disliked: The only thing I'd say is that the rooms could do with more hooks for towels to be hung up etc but aside from that it was excellent.
Simply superb - if you’re looking for somewhere to stay central in Athens for a short stay with family, look no further!
Liked: Location, friendly staff and excellent facilities. The immediate area has some lovely restaurants and you’re just a short walk from all the main sights. We used the parking which worked really well. The pool was also great, and the rooftop terrace just incredible! Woohoo!!!
