Fabulous
Comfortable, spacious rooms, nice staff, good location. Neighbourhood not as nice as expected
Liked: Room design, size and comfort are great, staff very helpful and kind. Good location, easily accessible by metro.
Disliked: Breakfast is not self-service and options offered a' la carte are not too diverse (e.g. no salty option without egg). Direct neighbourhood does not feel too safe late at night, if one leaves main street. Looked better on photos...
Great value and wonderful staff made it an exceptional stay
Liked: Central & comfortable
Disliked: It was exceptional
Comfortable and welcoming
Liked: Very warm welcome from staff. The lady serving the breakfast was lovely - she allowed me to start early and helped me so that I can get to a tour booking by 8:15. Clean hotel room, good sized bathroom with a shower.
Disliked: Breakfast could be served earlier as lots of tourists have tours booked that start quite early
Liked: Great hotel and location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Facilities were great and we would definitely stay again.
Liked: Good service from staff, room size
Disliked: Street noise due to lack of sound insulation in the windows. The bed was too soft and the bathroom was poorly designed.
Excellent value for money quiet clean and excellent breakfast
Liked: Staff and service excellent helpful and efficient
