Good
Avoid at all costs
Liked: The receptionist was nice and tried to improve the experience. Management agreed to shorten our stay.
Disliked: How this hotel has 4 starts goes beyond my comprehension. It was a complete horror show. The pictures are completely misleading, maybe 15 years ago it looked like the pictures. Our studio was horrible and the receptionist arranged that we could choose another room. The best room that we chose: exposed wires in the bathroom, bathtub holding with tape, bloated furniture due to humidity, broken chairs in the balcony, completely dusty, bedsheets with spots. The hotel is full of old construction material and old couches. We left after one night even though we have a 5 nights reservation.
Liked: The suites were elegant, spacious, and had everything I needed. The location is central, making it easy to visit the City.
Comfortable place in a good neighborhood
Liked: What I liked most about this place was the balance between location and comfort. It’s in a calm neighborhood but still very easy to reach the center of Athens. The suite was bright and had plenty of space to relax after walking around the city. The bed was comfortable and the room felt clean and fresh. The staff were welcoming and always greeted me with a smile, which made the overall experience even better.
Nice and easy stay in Athens
Liked: I chose Art Suites Athens mainly because of the location and it turned out to be a really good decision. The area is quiet but still close to the metro, which made getting around the city very simple. The suite was spacious and comfortable, more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and polite, and the whole place had a relaxed atmosphere that made the stay very pleasant.
Relaxed atmosphere and friendly service
Liked: This place has a relaxed and comfortable vibe that I appreciated right away. The suite had a simple but tasteful design and enough space to feel comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed something. I also liked how peaceful the street was, which made resting at night very easy. Overall it felt like a welcoming place rather than a typical impersonal hotel.
Very convenient location
Liked: The hotel is in a great spot, close to everything you might need. It was easy to move around and explore nearby places. The room had all the basics, and everything was in good condition. A solid option for travelers.
