Good
The terrace was enjoyable
Liked: I spent some time on the terrace in the evening and liked having an outdoor area to sit in. The room was also very comfortable and had more space than I expected. Overall, it was a pleasant place to return to after sightseeing.
Everything Was Perfect
Liked: Everything was perfect for us. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very kind and welcoming.
Liked: The room was clean with fresh towels and bedding each day. The staff were always polite and helpful especially when we lost the room key. (We got a free one) The breakfast average with always plenty there to eat. Just linked the Fri up and toast.
Disliked: The area surrounding the hotel wasn't family friendly. There were some illegal activities often taken outside the hotel. However, I never felt unsafe or threatened but I wouldn't really want to leave the hotel by myself. Although, I appreciate the hotel are limited in what they can do to resolve this.

Liked: It was so lovely, so relaxing and had all you wanted. I particularly loved the bathroom and beds. Thank you:)
Disliked: Area can be dodgy at night with homeless people
It’s ok place for short stay
Liked: Close to the city main attractions and quite good breakfast.
Disliked: The location of the hotel around it’s dirty and a lots of homeless people. I didn’t feel safe to walk with a child especially at night after our tour outside the city. The room we stayed was not really clean, the toilet bowl has pee marks and the glass dividers seems has never been clean. I have to clean it myself. The housekeeping was very poor. The good thing we got new towels everyday. I’m a kind of person don’t want to make fuss but i told to myself that i should atleast write about my experience on this hotel. There was also bugs everywhere. My son and i got biten by some bugs on the bed. The soundproofing was not good either. We heard the noise outside our door from the other guest and that guests above us, the chair keeps dragging late at night.
Liked: Breakfast buffet was well stocked, lots of choices, hot and cold. The hotel was a short walk to museums/ restaurants and shops. The staff were very nice and helpful.
Disliked: The area is run down with lots of homeless and drug users. The hotel rooms are not well maintained, the pools were cold.
