Liked: The buffet breakfast was nice and the room was very comfortable

Disliked: We had an issue when trying to paywave our dinner at the restaurant, they were asking for cash but I said put it on our room bill. We had a mix of helpful and not so helpful staff when asking about hop on buses, maybe it was the language barrier not sure.

  GOOD HOTEL

Liked: Comfortable Nice bathroom and shower Great breakfast

Disliked: I didn’t like the people at the reception. Very unprofessional. Not friendly. I think they don’t understand English very well. The guy who speaks Spanish was the friendliest and helpful

  Good value

Liked: liked the ease of parking, location of the hotel to the center and to family. Breakfast was good. Hotel was clean and the room was reasonably sized.

Disliked: The coffee machine at breakfast makes horrible coffee. One of the staff members wanted to charge me for a frapé at breakfast when I was told that Greek coffee and Frapé was included. Luckily another staff member corrected the error. The coffee from the espresso machine is at an extra charge - this should be included without additional charge during breakfast.
