Fabulous
Liked: Very good location, good breakfast, fair price
Liked: My name is vaid Atwal, I was in Greece Spetses for my confrence, before departure i stayed here for one day, 26 oct 2026. I surprised me in a good way actually. I wasn't expecting this. Close to monastraki, stani (famous yogurt shop) is less than 5 mins of walking. Clean, cozy, warm, soundproof being in the middle of town. I would really love to visit here.
Value for money
Liked: Easy to find, close to Metro and very friendly staff.
Disliked: The view from my window.
Comfortable Stay, If You Don't Need Reception
Liked: Convenient location with easy access to the surrounding area. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The neighbourhood felt perfectly safe to me.
Disliked: The reception service was disappointing. One day, an alarm was sounding for around 15 minutes before I called reception. Initially, the receptionist gaslighted me. I explained that the alarm was coming from a neighbouring room. The receptionist told me that she had tried calling the guests, but as they were not in their room, there was nothing she could do. She also explained that she was not allowed to leave the reception desk, meaning I would have to put up with the alarm until the guests returned. In the end, I went to the neighbouring room, moved the door slightly, and the alarm finally stopped because the door had not been properly closed. Next morning while trying to leave for the airport, I found myself locked inside the hotel with nobody at reception. The receptionist had apparently gone to the bathroom, which is understandable, but there was no note to indicate that he would be back shortly. Being unable to leave when I needed to get to the airport was particularly frustrating. The air-conditioning temperature is controlled by reception rather than by guests in their rooms, which limits personal comfort and flexibility.
Comfortable stay
Liked: Clean spacious room with all facilities... Breakfast was good. Staff were courteous... Comfortable stay...very close to Omonia metro station...
Disliked: Nothing wrong about the Hotel per se... Very comfortable stay...Met my requirements for a quite stay for one night...
Liked: The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The room smelled strongly of dampness, and the shower was broken.
