Fabulous
Very good with one caution
Liked: Having breakfast at a cafe located on the ground floor was a big bonus as the weather during our stay was rather wet.
Disliked: Fire alarm sounding at 4.00 am in the morning for no apparent reason. More importantly, it gave pause for thought, as we were not aware of any provision for fire exit 'escape' routes. I could not see any notices saying fire exit - were they there and I missed them? Also no fire appliance attended and front access (Sliding Glass Doors) contimued to operate - surely they should have locked 'open'?
Not a great value
Liked: Location was good
Disliked: Not a great value. Bed was a lumpy futon. Bathroom and shower offered little privacy... just a glassed off room. Door access required use of a phone app each and every time. Non standard daily cleaning meant that if you used any coffee or tea supplies, you weren't getting more! Gym was 20 minutes away -- essentially unusably inconvenient.
Liked: Location
Disliked: If my phone had died I would have been locked out of my room. Emergency chargers in the halls would have been nice.
Great location but lacked human contact
Liked: Great location, lovely apartment, good view, breakfast included.
Disliked: The electronic access system. Total faff. Didn’t work and there were no staff around so I had to phone an international number to get into the building. I was then relentlessly pestered by a boy calling itself “Bob”, soliciting feedback. I would have much preferred a human on the desk and to have had a real key, rather than a phone code.
Good experience at bob W
Liked: Excellent location and complimentary breakfast was great
Disliked: No room servicing everyday and technical use of Bluetooth to access room etc required you to always have your phone and be connected to wifi. Otherwise very good stay.
In overall ok wl come again and recommend to friends
Liked: Great location Very Clean Staff very helpful
Disliked: Weak internet
