Very good
Disliked: On our last day of stay, two gift bags we bought were taken from our room. We approached the reception staff and they did nothing about it. The bags were not returned to us. We feel a complete lack of security.

We have traveled extensively and stayed in many hotels around the world, but I can genuinely say that the level of hospitality, kindness, and personal attention we experienced at Brown Acropol was unlike anything we have ever encountered. From the very beginning, the entire reception team was incredibly professional, welcoming, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay perfect. But there is one person who truly deserves special recognition: STEVE! Steve is an absolute gem and a true example of what outstanding hospitality should look like. He treated us not simply as hotel guests, but as if we were members of his own family. We were celebrating a very special occasion, and Steve went out of his way to make it unforgettable. He personally arranged a beautiful surprise in our room, with lovely decorations, balloons, a fruit platter, and thoughtful touches that made us feel incredibly special. What impressed us most wasn’t just the surprise itself, but the genuine care, attention to every little detail, and personal effort he put into everything. Steve was always available to answer our questions, assist with anything we needed, and even made himself reachable through his personal phone to ensure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay. This is not something you experience every day, even in the most luxurious five-star hotels. And that is exactly what makes hospitality truly exceptional. It’s not just about beautiful rooms or facilities. It’s about the people who make you feel valued, cared for, and genuinely welcome. Steve and the wonderful reception team didn’t just make our stay enjoyable. They turned our entire trip into a beautiful and unforgettable memory. To Steve, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your kindness, dedication, generosity, and incredible attention to detail meant more to us than words can express.

We had a good time but with bugs and others issues 🪳
Liked: Beautiful retro design, friendly staff with nice details, amazing breakfast, convenient metro stop right next door, jacuzzis in the rooftop were a bonus despite some issues
Disliked: While we enjoyed our time there, we had a few significant issues: - We believe we got bed bugs bites there. We both got bites our first night there and we found at the end blood stains in the sheets which is usually a sign. We didn’t fully realized what was going on and joint the dots until we checked out - Sone of the jacuzzis were not really hot and fixing this wasn’t easy. We also thought we would have a view of the acropolis but this is pretty much blocked. - Dinner in the restaurant felt overpriced and not great quality - Hotel area can feel a bit sketchy although we were not that bothered about this
