Exceptional
Very memorable and definitely will come back
Liked: Very nice property with great amenities. The staffs are very professional and very friendly. Especially, the nice ladies Alexandra and Lydia at the spa. The breakfast is one of the best quality and so is dinner at the restaurant.
Disliked: Nothing I can think of.
Perfect location for the historic sites of Athens and easily accessible public transport
Liked: Fabulous location, lovely staff, stylish decor. Would stay there again.
Disliked: I would have preferred a stand-alone bathroom rather than integrated into bedroom but not a deal-breaker.
Excellent hotel in an excellent location
Liked: Great location. Very nice interior and rooms. Breakfast was very good
Disliked: Everything was great.
Liked: Great service
Would stay there again. On the back end of our trip we stayed at another very nice hotel- this one is better
Liked: Location was very good. Newer building with good sound insulation. Beautiful lobby. Great breakfast
Location is great but read on…
Liked: The beds are super comfortable and they have a whole pillow menu! So if you don’t like yours keep asking to try new ones. They deliver small items such as coffee pods or water by a robot which is cool. That said some of the things we had to ask for like fresh water daily so we could use the coffee maker seemed like no brainiers that should’ve been replenished daily since you can’t drink out of the tap. The breakfast went until noon and was wonderful! This is their best amenity.
Disliked: Buyer beware….the pool and patio on top that should be removed from the photos on Bookings are not accessible and they were forced to close the top two floors. We didn’t know this until after we booked. We also paid extra for spa access yet when I asked what that meant when I contacted them they said everyone has access and it didn’t really give us anything extra. When you enter there is not a handrail to go down the stairs which for people with mobility challenges is not good since it lands on a glass floor that messes with depth perception. I watched many people struggle. we went over to the wheelchair lift and used the mechanical bar to hold onto which isn’t ideal. Even staff agreed there should be one.
