Exceptional
Great apartment but not nice location
Liked: The property was excellent.
Disliked: The locarion was really not nice area of the city. If you don’t mind this then fine
Disliked: I wish they could offer an earlier check in. Although they allowed us to leave our luggage.
Great value apartment & friendly staff
Liked: Lovely apartments very spacious & clean. The manager was amazing he carried our bags up to the floor with a lift & stored our bags on 2 occasions for several days each. Highly recommend.
Disliked: Street a little noisy
Loved the apartment wouldn’t recommend apartment to women as can feel intimidating with men in street
Liked: Lovely clean modern apartment with kitchen facilities
Disliked: The location was not ideal as a lot of men hanging about in the street of the apartment
Liked: The beds were comfortable. The rooms were very clean. Our shower was great the second rooms shower was cold on arrival but lovely the next morning. The balcony was spacious good chairs snd tsble there too nice at the end of a busy day. There was a lovely member of staff to welcone and assist us on arrival he was kind and friendly. Great space for hanging up clothes and nice bath robes.
Disliked: We booked 2 double rooms in one appartment. I had put 3 adults staying with myself that should have said 4 however they charged me an additional fee for the 4th person on arrival when i said theres only towels for 3 persons not 4. If there were only 3 Id have booked a double and sofa bed that option was cheaper than 2 double rooms. I really thought 2 doubles meant 4 people but I haf to pay an extra fee £20. This really surprised me. Booking.Com Said I shouldnt have to pay extra as Id booked 2 doubles. But I did and there was no refund. Im still not sure why they charged me extra just beware when booking. There was No water in the fridge which was dissapointing. That would have been nice. Good coffee machine no milk but nice coffee.
We very much enjoyed the apartment shame about the noise
Liked: Very spacious, clean & tidy. Staff very helpful.
Disliked: The street is very noisy from late afternoon to late at night as a lot of men gather in the street & the talking & yelling is quite loud. The street sweeper also starts very early in the morning to clean the street mess from the night before. We were told it is quite safe in the street it is just noisy.
