Exceptional
Great place to stay for a vacation in Athens
Liked: Location near two metro lines. Several really good restaurants within 5-10 minutes walking. The breakfast was great and included hot items and there were different items out each day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Provided a box breakfast on mornings we needed to leave early for tours or our plane flight.
Disliked: Some of the gadgets in the room didn't work as they should. Had problems with the thermostat, but this was quickly fixed by the staff.
Liked: Very friendly staffroo
Disliked: Room was too small
Friendly helpful staff!
Liked: Location is excellent
Disliked: The water temperature in the shower fluctuates without touching the controls but not a big deal!
Nice hotel with private secure parking
Liked: The room was very clean and quiet. The staff was welcoming and attentive. We used the secure parking in the basement (access via a car lift, for small cars only) - it's quite rare for Athens! The location is central enough but not in the middle of the most touristy areas (we actually liked that). The neighbour felt generally safe, even if dotted by rundown buildings. We had dinner at a delicious taverna nearby.
Disliked: Nothing.
Liked: Loved staying here and would do so again. The staff is fantastic

Disliked: Nothing
