Exceptional
Liked: Very nice location, breakfast and staff Room was very comfy and clean
Disliked: Nothing, everything was alright
Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the centre of Athens
Liked: Staff were excellent and the hotel was in a brilliant location for everything we wanted to do
Excellent staff, location and room. We will be returning
Liked: The staff were very well trained and very helpful. Nothing was a problem. The location was perfect and the design and decor was excellent. The staff were the best thing. They were happy to be there. Loved the concept of breakfast. No buffet, order what you like from the menu and it arrives fresh and presentable, no extra charge.
Disliked: It was raining in Athens and there wasn't heating in the rooms, thus, we were cold. Also, the toilets next to the gym had a very dirty floor and there was a dead cockroach in there. However, the rooms were very clean.
Liked: Thanasis and the whole team went above and beyond to look after my parents during a stressful time. 5 star personal attention and genuine care was given - nothing was ever too much trouble. Not only were they in great hands but they really enjoyed the restaurant and bar with entertainment every evening. I'm so grateful to everyone at the Gatsby.
Great location, bit over priced
Disliked: Smell

Liked: Amazing staff, the hotel’s restaurant is superb. I’ll surely come back again soon.
