Exceptional
Perfect place in local community, in between the centre and the beach!
Liked: The apartment is just a few train stops away from the centre and 10 min away from the beach by taxi, 50+ min from the airport. Lot's of shops around. Apartment is modern and very comfortable, roof top views are amazing. The pool is unheated however summer times is perfect, October time is too cold.
Disliked: All advertised as it.
Liked: The apartment was perfect! Central location, fantastic pool with views of the Acropolis. Only slight down side was no washing machine for our clothes but not a huge deal☺️
Lovely, clean accommodation with amazing views & rooftop pool
Liked: Beautiful, clean and comfortable, great location close to train station and restaurants. Rooftop pool is lovely with a breathtaking view of the Acropolis! The host was gracious and receiving of any issues.
Disliked: Took some time to work out the air con but we got there. Unfortunately for it to stop putting itself on standby at 30 deg Celsius room temp we had to turn off the shower boiler, so the shower wasn't very hot after that, but with the summer heat it wasn't too bad apart from wanting a hot shower for my chronic pain. The toilet over flushed so I had to remove the toilet flush panel and fiddle with the buttons. Kitchen was great but the oven tray was dirty, and no microwave to heat up food if needed. Some milk in the fridge and more instant coffee available would be appreciated for tea or coffee on arrival. The stairs inside the apartment don't have a railing to hold on to so they did feel unsafe. Unfortunately I also slipped on the wet tiles near the rooftop pool - no railing at the pool entrance steps so that is very unsafe. However the host was gracious and tried to help as much as she could with everything.
Everything was wonderful
Liked: The apartment was clean, had everything necessary for a long stay, and was in a great location. It was close to the metro, from where you could get to the center in 10 minutes. There were also many cafes nearby where you could eat, and a mini-market with everything you needed. A few blocks from the apartment, there is also a market with fresh seafood and vegetables. The owner was always available and responded to questions within a few minutes. We only have positive impressions, and if we are in Athens again, we will definitely stay here.
Great stay
Liked: It was a Lovely apartment with lots light that came through. The shutters are fabulous and keeps the apartment very cool. The pool Area was lovely a little more Shade in the summer months would be great but not essential. Rada was really lovely and very helpful. She aloud us to check in a few hours early which was very appreciative. We would certainly return to to this lovely apartment.
Disliked: The only thing we were a little Bothered with is that the pool area was closed on the Saturday from 4pm on wards to allow for a private party and noise level was a little excessive.
Liked: - the roof top and its breathtaking view on Acropolis... from the swimming pool! Unique in Athens - the modernity of the accomodation - the availibity and good advices by the owner
Disliked: - the location a little bit far form the city center (but subway nearby and taxi easy to be found) - a few equipment to be repaired but not annoyable
