Very good
Great hotel in Athens
Liked: The hotel is in a great location and 3 blocks from the metro station. It has great facilities - rooftop pool, gym, sauna steam room and hot tub. It has 3 great restaurants one on the roof, one on the ground floor and one for breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. One can see the Parthenon lit up at night from the roof top bar. I stayed with my 12 Yr old grandson and we both loved it. I've stayed there before and it is every bit as good as it was last time.

Disliked: The room was outdated, the bed was too soft and really uncomfortable. Very expensive for the value

Noisy night
Liked: Nice pool bar, staff helpful when something wasn't working well. My sons enjoyed the fruit salads and mini spa in the room jacuzzi bath. Relatively good breakfast spread
Disliked: The first night we were in a room overlooking a busy intersection and didn't sleep half the night. The staff moved us to an inwards facing room which was much better. Breakfast was a bit cramped - lady on the table next to us sneezed all over our food and made us sick. Rooms a bit dated and area run down. Gym had good equipment but very limited range. Not what I would expect from Melia brand
