  Liked: Fantastic location. Lovely space with nice views.

  Disliked: The shower head has to be held as it doesn't hold on its own - makes it very difficult to safely shower. Two capsules seems a little mean for the coffee machine - but we do love our coffee!

  Fantastic location

  Liked: Mono Lofts has an excellent central location. The room is very spacious. The host provided detailed instructions and replied quickly. There is a washing machine, and slippers are also provided. 👍

  Good space but noisy

  Liked: Location was good. Huge open plan space. Very large king size bed. Good instructions for accessing the property - all codes - no human interaction (not sure if that's good or bad!).

  Disliked: We were there on a Friday night and it was VERY noisy from the bars and restaurants below. This went on til about midnight. The top sheet was not big enough for the bed - it was actually a double quilt cover laid on top of the bed as a sheet. Consequently my husband and I did battle with it all night. The pillows were also super uncomfortable.

  Liked: Amazing stay at MONO Lofts! The apartment was spotless and spacious for our family of four. Fantastic location! The Acropolis is just a 20-minute walk away, while other archaeological sites are only five minutes away. Great restaurants nearby and a metro station with direct connections to the airport and cruise port. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and even allowed us to check in early. Outstanding customer service! We would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

  Disappointing, unpleasant and uncomfortable

  Liked: Good location

  Disliked: We had a very difficult and frustrating experience getting into the property. We were unable to access the messages containing the entry codes for a long time, and when we contacted the host for help, the response was extremely unhelpful and rude. We explained that we understood the codes had already been sent, but that we could no longer access the messages and simply asked if they could send the codes again. Instead, the host repeatedly insisted that they had already sent them, then said, “I can’t talk now,” and hung up. When I tried to contact them again, they did not respond to my messages for over three hours. When I eventually tried calling again because we were desperate for help, I discovered that my number had been blocked. I had to ask a friend to call on my behalf, and unfortunately, we received the same unhelpful response. This made the whole experience extremely stressful, unpleasant, and uncomfortable. Problems can happen, but we expected the host to be available and willing to help us resolve an access issue, especially when we were simply asking for the entry codes to be resent. The way the situation was handled made an already difficult situation much worse.
