Fabulous
Disliked: When we arrived at the hotel we asked at reception for a quiet room at the back. We were told that although our room faced the front, there were very few cars and the noise would not be a problem. We didn't sleep more than 4 hours a night. The room faced a bar with loud patrons and the cars and motorbikes were also very loud. We couldn't change rooms even though we were there for seven days. I was given a packet of biscuits and rusks (gluten-free) for breakfast. I had previously pointed out that I cannot eat gluten.

Rooftops in ATHENS
Liked: Once we found the location with our UBER we were pleasantly welcomed. Courteous staffing at reception assisted with luggage, language translation, and local details.
Disliked: I was disappointed to discover that the "room with a view" was of a spiral staircase that would permit someone to look into and perhaps access the room. I was hoping for a view of something.,... Fortunately the view from the breakfast room was lovely.. The offerings for breakfast were great, and fresh, and the YOGURT was delicious and creamy!

Nice hotel, quiet area
Liked: Great location, about 15 min walk from the tube and about 20/25 min from the centre (Monastiraki). It’s a very nice, green area, full of cafes and restaurants. There’s also a bus stop 2 min walk from the hotel and the 230 line takes you straight to the Acropolis. The room was nice and comfy and staff was amazing. I took my boyfriend to Athens for his birthday and I asked for a small cake and a candle in the room as a surprise for him. Nothing was too much trouble for them and kept me informed on what they had done. I’d gladly return!
Disliked: Breakfast was very essential (understandibly as it’s not a big hotel), but there wasn’t an actual coffee machine and it was only possible to have a long black through some kind of kettle. Juices weren’t the nicest in terms of quality but I loved the home made cakes (really home made! Once we came back and there was a fantastic smell all over the hotel of freshly baked cakes). The terrace was small but very nice! I’d also add a shelf or something in the bathroom to put the toiletries (I had to use a small table of the room for this). Flushing the toilet was a bit difficult (but I’m not sure if it’s a general issue or only of this hotel) and water takes a while to get hot at first.
The staff were wonderful! Everything was spotless, location was close to Syntagma Square and Monestiraki!

Disliked: Breakfast was not too bad. A km walk with our suitcases from the metro was fun😂.
